Enteks Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

// DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

1 Bit Log is a mood tracking and journaling application designed to help you:

• Track your daily mood on a 1-5 scale
• Write private journal entries
• View mood patterns and statistics
• Set daily reminders for mood logging

// PREMIUM FEATURES

• Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features.
• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store.
• Premium features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

// USER CONTENT

• You retain all rights to the content you create in the App.
• Your mood data and journal entries are private and stored only on your device.
• You are responsible for backing up your own data.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data.

// HEALTH DISCLAIMER

1 Bit Log is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The App is for personal tracking purposes only. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

// PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Distribute or resell the App

// DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
