By downloading, installing, or using 1 Bit Timer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

// LICENSE

Enteks Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

// DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

1 Bit Timer is a focus timer application with a retro terminal aesthetic, designed to help you:

• Set and track focus timer sessions
• Customize the experience with retro terminal themes
• Monitor timer progress via widgets and Live Activities

// IN-APP PURCHASES

• Pro themes are one-time, non-consumable purchases that permanently unlock additional themes.
• An "Unlock All Themes" bundle is available at a discounted price.
• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• Free themes (Phosphor, Amber, Snow, Minimal) are always available without purchase.

// USER CONTENT

• Timer settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• You are responsible for your own device and data.
• We are not responsible for any loss of settings or data.

// PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Distribute or resell the App
• Attempt to bypass in-app purchase mechanisms

// DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

// LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTEKS INTERACTIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

// CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

// GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
